Festival 56 opens its seventh season this June and each season brings a new array of exceptional comedies, musicals and theatre classics, including seven mainstage shows, plus free performances of Shakespeare. Additional area festivals and events include The Cattleman's Beef & Ag Festival, Lovejoy Homestead Festival and Pork Days, and the granddaddy of all fairs - the Bureau County Fair which was founded more than 150 years ago!
